Natalie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Beginning her recruitment experience with Proco Global in 2016 and later Manager at ConnectedGroup, Natalie has over 7 years' experience recruiting for senior level positions across Asia Pacific and working closely with industry leaders in many different sectors.
