The Role

** This role will be based in Singapore **

As the Group Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future success of the Hotel group. Avisionary leader of the Sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a high-impact sales strategy to drive revenue growth.

Your leadership will be instrumental in motivating and guiding a talented group of sales professionals to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results. This role reports directly to the Group Chief Operating Officer and offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact, drive innovation, and shape the direction of our sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing sales team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
