About the Job:

As the Sales Manager/Director for Thailand, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our client base in the Thai market. You will develop and execute sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and contribute to our ongoing success in the region. This is a high-impact, client-facing role requiring deep industry knowledge, a strategic mindset, and strong execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business acquisition and achieve country-level sales targets.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow market share in Thailand.

  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through proactive prospecting.

  • Deliver persuasive product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by sharing expertise on our product suite and industry best practices.

  • Prepare commercial proposals and financial models to support key deals.

  • Conduct competitive analysis and maintain up-to-date market intelligence.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless solution delivery.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for existing Thai accounts, ensuring long-term relationship success.

  • Represent the company at local events, client meetings, and industry forums.

  • Lead or contribute to special projects as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

Industry & Sales Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the hospitality, hotel technology, or SaaS sectors.

  • Strong understanding of revenue management, distribution systems, and digital marketing in the hospitality space.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Knowledge of hotel distribution channels and ecosystem.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems.

  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and platforms.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with strong collaboration skills across internal and external stakeholders.
